【摘要】: 目的:本課題旨在探討牙齒的多種增齡性變化與年齡之間的關(guān)系,尋求一種簡便且準(zhǔn)確的推斷牙齡的方法,而為特異型尸體司法鑒定時(shí)根據(jù)牙齒判斷年齡提供證據(jù),也為人類學(xué)研究積累資料。 方法:從山西醫(yī)科大學(xué)法醫(yī)學(xué)院及口腔醫(yī)院收集的636磨牙(無齲壞、無根尖病變)分為Max1、Max2、Man1、Man2四組,根據(jù)牙齒的增齡變化特點(diǎn),篩選了5個(gè)與牙齡變化密切相關(guān)的指標(biāo)(牙齒的磨耗、接觸區(qū)面積、牙本質(zhì)髓室指數(shù)、根尖牙骨質(zhì)的厚度、根尖牙本質(zhì)透明),提出了指標(biāo)的分級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對各組的牙齒測量后進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。 結(jié)果:牙齒的磨耗、接觸區(qū)面積、牙本質(zhì)髓室指數(shù)、根尖牙骨質(zhì)的厚度、根尖牙本質(zhì)透明均反映出與年齡高度相關(guān)關(guān)系,用這5個(gè)指標(biāo)與年齡所建立的判別年齡的多元回歸方程經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,回歸高度顯著。將全部樣本進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)方程回代檢驗(yàn),達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)與統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)要求。 山祖穿醫(yī)斗斗大學(xué) 祠眨士學(xué)位論文 結(jié)論:本研究證實(shí)了該5項(xiàng)指標(biāo)與年齡的高度相關(guān)關(guān)系, 獲得了一個(gè)判別年齡的多元回歸方程,為司法鑒定提供了客 觀的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between tooth aging and age, to find a simple and accurate method to estimate tooth age, and to provide evidence for judging tooth age according to tooth age in special shaped cadavers. It also accumulates data for anthropological research. Methods: 636 molars (no caries, no apical lesion) were collected from the College of Forensic Medicine of Shanxi Medical University and Stomatological Hospital. Five indexes closely related to tooth age (tooth wear, contact area, pulp chamber index, bone thickness of canine teeth, apical dentine hyaline) were selected, and the grading criteria and scoring criteria were proposed. Data processing and statistical analysis were carried out after tooth measurement in each group. Results: tooth attrition, area of contact area, pulp chamber index of dentin, thickness of root canine bone, apical dentin transparency were all correlated with age. The multivariate regression equation established by these five indexes and age was statistically analyzed and the regression height was significant. All the samples were tested by computer equation and met the requirements of design and statistics. Shanzu Dou University. Temple Blint thesis.
