【摘要】：中小學(xué)生是一個(gè)特殊的群體，具有獨(dú)立意識(shí)，但是還沒(méi)有足夠的能力來(lái)對(duì)抗隨時(shí)可能發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)。在社會(huì)上是一個(gè)弱勢(shì)群體，更是需要全社會(huì)來(lái)關(guān)心的一個(gè)群體。本文針對(duì)中小學(xué)生的范圍、所遭受的侵害的類(lèi)型、規(guī)律、中小學(xué)生研究的現(xiàn)狀，試圖找出一些可以有效降低中小學(xué)生受害可能的對(duì)策。當(dāng)前，對(duì)中小學(xué)生這個(gè)群體的被害研究在西方有一些理論和做法，但是尚且不成體系。我國(guó)對(duì)中小學(xué)生犯罪侵害的預(yù)防研究更加薄弱。中小學(xué)生面臨的侵害比成年人還要多，并且具有隱蔽性。侵害者的身份從教師、家長(zhǎng)、同學(xué)到其他群體。他們所遭受的侵害種類(lèi)包括打罵、威脅、偷盜、拐賣(mài)、性侵犯、殺害等等。侵害多發(fā)生在上學(xué)放學(xué)的路上、社區(qū)附近、學(xué)校、教室、教師辦公室、網(wǎng)吧、歌舞廳、電子游戲廳、工廠區(qū)、電影院、車(chē)站、碼頭等等場(chǎng)所。中小學(xué)生在面對(duì)侵害的時(shí)候，往往表現(xiàn)出錯(cuò)誤的對(duì)抗方式。正確的預(yù)防方法和預(yù)防技能的普及，對(duì)于中小學(xué)生防御被害是很重要的。應(yīng)當(dāng)改變防范模式，加強(qiáng)學(xué)校法制教育課，創(chuàng)立多種形式的宣傳機(jī)制，創(chuàng)立法律救助與保護(hù)機(jī)制，，建立中小學(xué)生被害人援救機(jī)構(gòu)，幫助中小學(xué)生預(yù)防犯罪侵害。
[Abstract]:Primary and middle school students are a special group with a sense of independence, but they do not yet have the ability to cope with the dangers that may occur at any time. They are a vulnerable group in society. This paper aims at the scope of primary and secondary school students, the types and laws of the violations suffered, and the current situation of primary and secondary school students' research. Try to find out some possible countermeasures that can effectively reduce the victimization of primary and middle school students. At present, there are some theories and practices in the west for the study of the victimization of primary and middle school students. But it is not yet systematical. The study on the prevention of crime against primary and middle school students is weaker in our country. The primary and middle school students are faced with more violations than adults, and they are hidden. The aggressors are teachers, parents, Students go to other groups. The kinds of violations they suffer include abuse, threats, theft, kidnapping, sexual assault, killing and so on. Violations occur on the way to and from school, near communities, schools, classrooms, teachers' offices, Internet cafes, etc. Song and dance hall, video game hall, factory area, cinema, station, wharf and so on. It is very important for primary and middle school students to protect themselves from being killed. We should change the mode of prevention, strengthen legal education courses in schools, create various forms of propaganda mechanisms, create mechanisms for legal aid and protection, and set up institutions for the rescue of victims of primary and secondary school students. To help primary and middle school students to prevent crime and abuse.
