【摘要】： 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,我國(guó)對(duì)外開放行業(yè)不斷增加,保安服務(wù)行業(yè)也即將全面開放。然而,就目前而言,我國(guó)保安服務(wù)業(yè)還未做好全面對(duì)外開放的準(zhǔn)備,這主要?dú)w因于我國(guó)保安服務(wù)業(yè)缺乏明確的、高層次的、統(tǒng)一的法律規(guī)范。眾所周知,市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)就是法制經(jīng)濟(jì),沒有法律的規(guī)范,就沒有一個(gè)健康平穩(wěn)的保安服務(wù)市場(chǎng)秩序。 本文是在對(duì)我國(guó)保安服務(wù)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足做了充分研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合國(guó)外保安服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和我國(guó)法制化的基本特點(diǎn),對(duì)我國(guó)保安服務(wù)業(yè)的法制化的健全與完善提出了一些建設(shè)性的意見,希望能為我國(guó)保安服務(wù)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展盡自己的一份綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, China's open industry is increasing, and the security service industry is about to be fully opened. The security service industry in our country is not ready to open to the outside world, which is mainly due to the lack of clear, high-level and unified legal norms in our security service industry. As we all know, the market economy is the legal economy. Without legal norms, there will be no healthy and stable market order for security services. This paper is based on the full study of the advantages and disadvantages of the security service industry in China, combined with the advanced experience of the development of foreign security service industry and the basic characteristics of the legalization of our country. This paper puts forward some constructive suggestions on the perfection and perfection of the legal system of the security service industry in China, hoping to do its utmost for the healthy development of the security service industry in our country.
