【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展與城市化水平的不斷提高,人口的遷徙流動(dòng)與民族的雜散居化程度加快將成為不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的必然趨勢(shì),并將成為當(dāng)前我國(guó)社會(huì)變遷中最為明顯的社會(huì)現(xiàn)象之一。然而,城市作為多民族交往與多元文化交匯的場(chǎng)所,不可避免的會(huì)產(chǎn)生各種各樣的民族問(wèn)題,包括城市少數(shù)民族流動(dòng)人口問(wèn)題,如果不能得到妥善合理的解決,將不利于城市平等團(tuán)結(jié)、互助和諧的民族關(guān)系的發(fā)展與構(gòu)建,也會(huì)影響到城市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展大局。作為新疆主體民族的維吾爾族,主要分布在南疆農(nóng)村地區(qū),由于自身具有獨(dú)特的傳統(tǒng)文化習(xí)俗、歷史、宗教信仰、生活方式、心理特征等,使其要想很好地融入城市的主流社會(huì)與文化,面臨著很大的困境與挑戰(zhàn)。本文以城市維吾爾族流動(dòng)人口這一特殊群體作為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)梳理其在烏魯木齊市的演變歷史,分析其在城市中的分布現(xiàn)狀與結(jié)構(gòu)特征、流動(dòng)方式與動(dòng)因等,并以典型社區(qū)為例,研究了該群體在城市適應(yīng)中面臨的各種困境,以及對(duì)城市的發(fā)展和穩(wěn)定帶來(lái)了哪些問(wèn)題,最后以使維吾爾族流動(dòng)人口更好的融入城市社會(huì),構(gòu)建維吾爾族流動(dòng)人口與烏魯木齊市之間的和諧關(guān)系為立足點(diǎn),提出了解決維吾爾族流動(dòng)人口問(wèn)題、加強(qiáng)維吾爾族流動(dòng)人口管理與服務(wù)的可行性、針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy and society and the continuous improvement of urbanization level, it will become an irreversible inevitable trend that the migration of population and the quickening of the degree of the scattered settlement of the nation. And it will become one of the most obvious social phenomena in the current social changes in our country. However, as a place where multi-ethnic communication and multi-culture intersect, the city will inevitably produce a variety of ethnic problems. Including the urban minority floating population problem, if not properly and reasonably resolved, will not be conducive to urban equality and unity, mutual help and harmony of the development and construction of national relations. As the main ethnic group of Xinjiang Uyghur mainly distributes in the rural areas of southern Xinjiang because of its own unique traditional cultural customs history religious beliefs. Life style, psychological characteristics, make it want to integrate into the mainstream society and culture of the city, facing great difficulties and challenges. This paper takes the city Uygur floating population as the research object. Through combing its evolution history in Urumqi, this paper analyzes its distribution status and structural characteristics, flow mode and motivation in the city, and takes typical community as an example. This paper studies the various difficulties faced by this group in urban adaptation, and what problems have been brought to the development and stability of the city. Finally, the Uygur floating population can be better integrated into the urban society. To build a harmonious relationship between the Uygur floating population and Urumqi as the foothold, proposed to solve the problem of Uygur floating population, strengthen the Uygur floating population management and service feasibility. Targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
