【摘要】：正1案例資料1.1簡(jiǎn)要案情及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘查楊某,男,39歲,獨(dú)居。2013年某日被發(fā)現(xiàn)死于其租房?jī)?nèi)。租房門(mén)窗完好,門(mén)上卡巴鎖完好,處于鎖閉狀態(tài)。室內(nèi)物品擺放較整齊。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)地面、墻、雜物等處分布多種形態(tài)血跡。室內(nèi)北側(cè)為一簡(jiǎn)易木床,死者呈左側(cè)臥位,頭位于床板下,上半身裹有多條棉被。左手食指套有一剪刀。門(mén)口桌子上見(jiàn)1把帶血菜刀。棉被、地面見(jiàn)多處血泊。靠近門(mén)口地面上見(jiàn)多處滴落狀血跡和擦拭狀血跡。靠近門(mén)口地面雜物上見(jiàn)多處噴濺狀血跡。除死者足跡外無(wú)明顯他人足跡�，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)
