【摘要】：流動(dòng)人口是對(duì)“現(xiàn)居住地不是戶籍所在地的人口”的統(tǒng)稱,是我國戶籍制度下特有的產(chǎn)物。在當(dāng)今這一人口流動(dòng)時(shí)代,如何做好流動(dòng)人口的服務(wù)與管理已經(jīng)成為時(shí)代的重大課題。流動(dòng)人口作為巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)活力在促進(jìn)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的同時(shí),也引發(fā)了許多新問題新情況。 南沙新區(qū)作為我國繼蘭州新區(qū)后的第六個(gè)國家級(jí)新區(qū),在大開發(fā)大建設(shè)的全面推進(jìn)中,各地的流動(dòng)人口必將大量進(jìn)入,流動(dòng)人口帶來的問題必然成為影響南沙新區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要因素。如何使不同人群共建南沙新區(qū),兼顧各方利益,和諧共處,共享發(fā)展成果,這些都是南沙新區(qū)開發(fā)建設(shè)迫切需要解決的問題。本文針對(duì)以上情況,對(duì)南沙新區(qū)流動(dòng)人口問題進(jìn)行了研究。首先,分析了流動(dòng)人口管理的背景和意義,并對(duì)當(dāng)前有關(guān)流動(dòng)人口研究的情況進(jìn)行了總結(jié)；其次,對(duì)南沙新區(qū)當(dāng)前及未來一段時(shí)期流動(dòng)人口的狀況進(jìn)行了深入剖析,分析了流動(dòng)人口對(duì)南沙新區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的影響,從中找出南沙新區(qū)流動(dòng)人口政策的一些不足以及南沙新區(qū)流動(dòng)人口面臨的問題；第三,在以上研究分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了完善南沙新區(qū)流動(dòng)人口相關(guān)政策的建議。
[Abstract]:The floating population is collectively referred to as "the residence is not the residence of the population", is a special product of China's household registration system. In this era of floating population, how to do well the service and management of the floating population has become a major issue of the era. The floating population as a huge economic vitality in promoting the city's economic and social development at the same time, the new situation also led to many new problems.
Nansha New District as China after the sixth national district Lanzhou District, in promoting the development of a large construction, the flow of population will bring into the large floating population problem will become one of the important factors affecting the Nansha New District Economic and social development. How to make different groups to build Nansha District, the interests of both parties, harmony, sharing the fruits of development, these are the urgent need to solve the problem of Nansha development and construction of the new district. In this paper, the migrant population of Nansha new district is studied. Firstly, analyzes the background and significance of the management of the floating population, and the research on the current situation of the floating population are summarized; secondly, to the flow of Nansha District, the current and future period of population status in-depth analysis, analysis of the migrant population of Nansha New District Economic and social influence, from Find out some shortcomings of the floating population policy in Nansha new area and the problems faced by the floating population in Nansha new district. Third, based on the above research and analysis, we put forward some suggestions to improve the floating population related policies in Nansha new area.
