【摘要】：自我國實行改革開放以來,社會進了入快速轉(zhuǎn)型時期,我國青少年犯罪問題日益嚴重,犯罪數(shù)量持續(xù)上升,性質(zhì)更加惡劣,情況更加復雜,對社會的危害性越來越大。鑒于此,本文查閱了大量文獻資料,對國內(nèi)外青少年犯罪的相關(guān)理論研究做了細致的研究,進行了總結(jié)和分析,并簡要論述了部分研究成果,其中關(guān)于青少年犯罪原因的解釋和預防措施的理論成果,對本文寫作具有很重要的指導意義。通過搜集我國青少年犯罪的相關(guān)文獻資料,獲得了相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)資料,對我國青少年犯罪的現(xiàn)狀,分建國以來到改革開放前和改革開放后至今兩個時間段,做了簡要的回顧,并結(jié)合我國社會轉(zhuǎn)型期這一特殊時代特征,分析、歸納、概括了我國社會轉(zhuǎn)型期青少年犯罪的特點,繼而從青少年自身特點原因和社會原因兩個大的方面,對青少年犯罪的原因進行了不同層次的分析。青少年自身特點原因方面,主要從青少年自我控制能力差,易于沖動、意氣用事；思想單純,易于被他人引誘而上當受騙；好奇心重,學習性強,易于模仿他人行為三個角度,分析了青少年自身特點原因所導致的犯罪問題。社會原因又分為社會文化多元性原因、社會主體對青少年缺乏一致性教育原因和快速轉(zhuǎn)型時期社會失范對青少年的影響三個方面,其中,社會文化多元性原因中,又從社會文化對青少年的影響、社會價值觀念對青少年的影響、網(wǎng)絡文化對青少年的不良影響三個角度分析了青少年犯罪的原因；社會主體對青少年缺乏一致性教育原因中,又從家庭對青少年教育的不足、學校對青少年教育的缺失、社會對青少年教育的淡化、國家對青少年教育的忽視四個角度,分析了青少年犯罪的原因；快速轉(zhuǎn)型時期社會失范對青少年的影響這一原因中,又從社會失范對青少年自我同一性的影響和社會失范對青少年價值觀與道德體系形成的影響兩個角度,分析了青少年犯罪的原因。通過對青少年犯罪現(xiàn)狀、特點及原因的系統(tǒng)分析,結(jié)合我國社會時代背景,借鑒國外預防青少年犯罪的優(yōu)良經(jīng)驗,依據(jù)青少年犯罪的原因分析,從青少年自身角度和社會角度,提出了與青少年犯罪原因相對應的幾項關(guān)于預防和減少青少年犯罪的措施。其中,針對青少年自身特點原因,特別對青少年提出了幾點自主預防違法犯罪的建議,青少年若能從自身做起,提高自身素質(zhì)和能力,從被動預防轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹鲃宇A防,實現(xiàn)青少年自主預防違法犯罪行為的發(fā)生,將是有效預防和減少青少年違法犯罪行為發(fā)生的最為根本的途徑,也是解決青少年違法犯罪問題的一個新思路,這一點,希望對預防青少年違法犯罪問題能有所啟發(fā),當然,社會方面的客觀因素對于預防青少年犯罪的作用更是不容忽視。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of reform and opening up in China, the society has entered a period of rapid transformation, the problem of juvenile delinquency is increasingly serious, the number of crimes continues to rise, the nature of the worse, the situation is more complex. In view of this, this paper has consulted a large number of literature, made a detailed study of domestic and foreign juvenile delinquency related theoretical research, summarized and analyzed. And briefly discusses some of the research results, including the explanation of juvenile delinquency reasons and the theoretical results of preventive measures. It is of great guiding significance to the writing of this paper. Through collecting the relevant literature of juvenile delinquency in our country, the author obtains the relevant data and data, which is helpful to the present situation of juvenile delinquency in our country. From the founding of the people's Republic of China to the reform and opening up to the present two time periods, has made a brief review, and combined with the special characteristics of our social transformation, analysis, induction. This paper summarizes the characteristics of juvenile delinquency in the period of social transformation in China, and then from the characteristics of adolescents and social reasons two major aspects. The causes of juvenile delinquency are analyzed at different levels. Simple thought, easy to be lured by others and cheated; Curiosity, learning, easy to imitate the behavior of others three angles, analyzes the juvenile characteristics of the causes of crime. Social reasons are divided into social and cultural diversity. There are three aspects of the social subjects' lack of consistent education and the influence of social anomie on teenagers in the period of rapid transformation. Among them, the social and cultural diversity causes the influence of social culture on young people. The influence of social values on teenagers and the negative influence of network culture on teenagers are analyzed from three angles: the reasons of juvenile delinquency; Among the reasons for the lack of consistent education among the social subjects, the lack of family education for young people, the lack of juvenile education in schools, and the desalination of youth education by society. The state neglects the youth education from four angles, analyzes the causes of juvenile delinquency; During the period of rapid transformation, the influence of social anomie on teenagers' self-identity and the influence of social anomie on the formation of youth's values and moral system are also discussed in terms of the influence of social anomie on teenagers' self-identity and the influence of social anomie on the formation of teenagers' values and moral system. This paper analyzes the causes of juvenile delinquency. Through the systematic analysis of the present situation, characteristics and causes of juvenile delinquency, combined with the social background of our country, we draw lessons from the good experience of foreign countries in the prevention of juvenile delinquency. According to the analysis of the causes of juvenile delinquency, this paper puts forward several measures to prevent and reduce juvenile delinquency from the perspective of teenagers themselves and from the perspective of society. Aiming at the reasons of teenagers' own characteristics, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to prevent crime on their own. If teenagers can start from themselves, they can improve their own quality and ability, and change from passive prevention to active prevention. It is the most fundamental way to effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of juvenile delinquency and also a new way to solve the problem of juvenile delinquency. This point, I hope to prevent juvenile delinquency problems can be inspired, of course, social objective factors for the prevention of juvenile delinquency can not be ignored.
