【摘要】：休閑制約的研究已愈40余年,近年來(lái)才擴(kuò)展至旅游研究領(lǐng)域。而勞教人民警察因其工作的特殊性,使得其成為當(dāng)今旅游市場(chǎng)中具有一定發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ娜后w。本研究通過(guò)探討勞教人民警察的旅游制約因素,從而有針對(duì)性地減少、克服、解除勞教人民警察參與旅游活動(dòng)的限制因素,為旅游經(jīng)營(yíng)者開(kāi)發(fā)適合勞教人民警察身心特點(diǎn)的旅游產(chǎn)品,提供借鑒與參考。 本研究的目的有：第一,了解勞教人民警察的旅游制約因素；第二,分析不同旅游頻次的勞教人民警察在旅游制約感知程度上的差異；第三,分析不同社會(huì)人口學(xué)特征的勞教人民警察在旅游制約感知程度上的差異。本研究以問(wèn)卷為研究工具,針對(duì)湖南省三所省直勞動(dòng)教養(yǎng)管理場(chǎng)所進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷發(fā)放。 研究結(jié)果顯示：第一,勞教人民警察的旅游制約因素分為四個(gè)維度,分別為：職業(yè)制約、人際間制約、結(jié)構(gòu)性制約以及個(gè)人內(nèi)在制約；第二,不同旅游頻次對(duì)職業(yè)制約、個(gè)人內(nèi)在制約的差異顯著；第三,不同社會(huì)人口學(xué)特征在旅游制約上呈現(xiàn)顯著差異。
[Abstract]:The study of leisure restriction has been more than 40 years, in recent years, it has been extended to the field of tourism research. Make it become a group with certain development potential in the current tourism market. This study discusses the tourism constraints of the people's police through re-education through labor, so as to reduce and overcome. In order to provide reference and reference for tourism operators to develop tourism products suitable for the physical and mental characteristics of reeducation through labour police can help them to remove the restrictive factors of the participation of reeducation through labour police in tourism activities. The purposes of this study are as follows: first, to understand the tourism constraints of the people's police in reeducation through labour; Secondly, it analyzes the differences in the perception of tourism restriction between the people's police of re-education through labour with different tourism frequency. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the differences in the perception of tourism restriction between the different social demographics characteristics of the people's reeducation through labor police. This study takes the questionnaire as the research tool. The questionnaire was distributed to three provincial management places of reeducation through labor in Hunan province. The results show that: first, the tourism constraints of the people's police in re-education through labour are divided into four dimensions: professional constraints, interpersonal constraints, structural constraints and personal internal constraints; Secondly, there are significant differences between different tourism frequency and personal internal restriction. Third, the characteristics of different social demographics in tourism constraints show significant differences.
