【摘要】：針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗斗爭(zhēng)進(jìn)入到鞏固前一階段工作成績(jī)的新階段和目前學(xué)界對(duì)于"三反"運(yùn)動(dòng)建設(shè)階段的研究存在盲區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀,梳理新中國成立初期鞏固反腐斗爭(zhēng)勝利成果的系統(tǒng)性方略,包括在思想建設(shè)中既重視干部教育,又重視階級(jí)教育;在組織建設(shè)中既注意清除舊的腐敗分子,又注意吸收和提拔新的優(yōu)秀分子;在制度建設(shè)中既瞄準(zhǔn)日常工作的規(guī)范,又聚焦內(nèi)外監(jiān)督的加強(qiáng),可為今天順利進(jìn)行全面從嚴(yán)治黨的偉大事業(yè)提供深刻的啟示和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the construction of a clean and honest party style and the struggle against corruption in our country have entered a new stage of consolidating the achievements of the previous stage of work and the present situation of blind areas in the academic research on the construction stage of the "three evils" movement, this paper combs the systematic strategy of consolidating the victorious achievements of the anti-corruption struggle in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, including attaching importance to both cadre education and class education in the ideological construction. In the organizational construction, we should not only pay attention to the elimination of the old corrupt elements, but also pay attention to the absorption and promotion of new outstanding elements. In the system construction, we can not only aim at the norms of daily work, but also focus on the strengthening of internal and external supervision, which can provide profound enlightenment and reference for the great cause of comprehensively and strictly administering the party today.
