【摘要】：大學(xué)生黨員隊(duì)伍是黨的隊(duì)伍的重要方面軍,提高大學(xué)生黨員質(zhì)量是新時(shí)期高校黨建的時(shí)代主題。本研究通過實(shí)證調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),大學(xué)生黨員發(fā)展存在入黨動(dòng)機(jī)多元化、功利化,黨員教育碎片化、單向性,黨建工作程式化、薄弱性等問題�；诖嬖诘膯栴},本研究提出提高大學(xué)生黨員質(zhì)量必須堅(jiān)持理念踐行和制度建設(shè)相結(jié)合,堅(jiān)持思想教育與作風(fēng)錘煉相結(jié)合,堅(jiān)持全員參與和全過程管理相結(jié)合的策略。
[Abstract]:The party members of college students is an important square army of the party's team, and improving the quality of college students' Party members is the theme of the new era of the party building in colleges and universities. Through the empirical investigation, this study found that the college students' Party members' development had problems such as diversity, utilitarianization, fragmentation, unidirectional education, formulation and weakness of Party building. Based on the existing problems, this research suggests that improving the quality of college students must adhere to the combination of the practice of philosophy and system construction, the combination of ideological education and style of practice, and the combination of all-staff participation and the whole process management.
