【摘要】：延安時(shí)期(1935年10月-1948年3月),黨堅(jiān)持把馬克思列寧主義建黨理論與中國革命和黨的建設(shè)實(shí)際相結(jié)合,在對自身建設(shè)艱辛探索的基礎(chǔ)上不斷進(jìn)行理論創(chuàng)新,推動(dòng)了黨建各方面日趨成熟并取得重要成果。不僅開創(chuàng)了黨的建設(shè)的偉大工程,切實(shí)推進(jìn)了馬克思主義中國化,而且保障了新民主主義革命的勝利進(jìn)程,為新中國的建立奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。在新的歷史條件下,學(xué)習(xí)和研究延安時(shí)期黨的建設(shè)思想的寶貴財(cái)富,挖掘其時(shí)代價(jià)值,不但具有重要的理論意義,而且為當(dāng)前黨建科學(xué)化水平的提高以及黨的建設(shè)新的偉大工程的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供了有利的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)。全文以延安時(shí)期黨建思想的主要內(nèi)容為研究對象,深入挖掘、歸納與總結(jié),并結(jié)合當(dāng)前黨建工作的實(shí)際著重論述了其當(dāng)代價(jià)值。全文共分為四部分展開論述:第一部分主要介紹了本文的選題目的、選題的意義、國內(nèi)外的研究綜述以及研究的主要方法和創(chuàng)新之處等。第二部分對延安時(shí)期黨的建設(shè)的相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行概述,從歷史背景與理論基礎(chǔ)兩方面進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié),論述了延安時(shí)期黨進(jìn)行自身建設(shè)的可能與必然。第三部分是本文內(nèi)容論述的主體,從思想建設(shè)、組織建設(shè)、作風(fēng)建設(shè)、廉政建設(shè)四方面切入,對延安時(shí)期黨的建設(shè)思想的主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)梳理,在史論結(jié)合、深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對每一部分內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與歸納。第四部分運(yùn)用理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的方法,在繼承與發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)從黨的建設(shè)五位一體的角度深入探尋了其當(dāng)代價(jià)值。要以思想建設(shè)為先導(dǎo),秉承延安學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)貌,堅(jiān)定理想、實(shí)事求是,筑牢共產(chǎn)黨人的精神陣地;要以鞏固提高為目標(biāo),全面貫徹民主集中制,完善干部選拔管理,不斷深化和夯實(shí)黨執(zhí)政的組織基礎(chǔ);要以“延安作風(fēng)”為榜樣,堅(jiān)持不懈開展作風(fēng)教育,始終保持黨同人民群眾的血肉聯(lián)系;要以反腐倡廉為重點(diǎn),發(fā)揚(yáng)“整風(fēng)精神”開展反腐教育,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行黨紀(jì),積極構(gòu)建風(fēng)清氣正的黨內(nèi)生態(tài);要以制度創(chuàng)新為抓手,通過建立黨的建設(shè)的長效機(jī)制和嚴(yán)肅執(zhí)行,著力推進(jìn)從嚴(yán)治黨的新常態(tài)。
