【摘要】：反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)是指中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在華北、華中等解放區(qū),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)農(nóng)民開展反奸、清算、減租、減息、退租、退息的群眾運(yùn)動(dòng)。反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)是對(duì)罪大惡極的漢奸、惡霸經(jīng)過群眾斗爭(zhēng)依法給予懲辦,并沒收他們的土地和財(cái)產(chǎn),對(duì)一般地主,則按照抗日民主政府頒布的減租、減息和合理負(fù)擔(dān)等法令,清算該退還農(nóng)民的部分,這一運(yùn)動(dòng)成為土地改革的全面演習(xí)。一九四五年抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)結(jié)束,中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)的主要矛盾由民族矛盾轉(zhuǎn)化為國(guó)內(nèi)階級(jí)矛盾,階級(jí)矛盾的激化使得內(nèi)戰(zhàn)一觸即發(fā),磁縣就是在這樣的形勢(shì)下獲得解放。響應(yīng)中共中央號(hào)召,磁縣開展了反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng),這一運(yùn)動(dòng)為之后的土地改革奠定了基礎(chǔ)。反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)取得了顯著成績(jī)的同時(shí)也有很多不足。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)于單純的研究解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)初期的反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)的論文和著作,還是比較少的,而主要針對(duì)以縣為個(gè)案的反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)研究成果更是少之又少。從歷史意義方面來看,磁縣反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)具有連續(xù)性的特點(diǎn),比較容易從整體上把握其演變過程。所以此文研究磁縣反奸運(yùn)動(dòng)具有重要的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值。本文選取的區(qū)域研究對(duì)象為河北省磁縣,文章以馬克思主義的辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義為基本研究方法,通過對(duì)磁縣反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行全面分析,磁縣反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展過程基本體現(xiàn)了革命老區(qū)反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)的面貌特征,文章大量參考和引用了磁縣縣檔案館的原始資料,尤其是磁縣在反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)中群眾自己解決問題的一些基本經(jīng)驗(yàn),力求還原磁縣反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)的客觀真實(shí)情況,為當(dāng)今社會(huì)發(fā)展提供借鑒。全文共分為引言、正文和結(jié)論三大部分,主要內(nèi)容有:引言主要闡述了本論文的研究緣起、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及論文的研究方法、研究難點(diǎn)以及研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第一節(jié),深刻闡述磁縣進(jìn)行反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)的歷史背景,分析抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)勝利后國(guó)內(nèi)階級(jí)力量變化,簡(jiǎn)單介紹了磁縣的地理概況,以及抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)勝利后磁縣的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況,闡明展開反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)的必要性。第二節(jié),詳細(xì)闡述磁縣反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)的過程。根據(jù)磁縣新區(qū)老區(qū)的不同特點(diǎn),以具體歷史檔案為依據(jù),盡量詳實(shí)的展現(xiàn)當(dāng)時(shí)反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)的過程,包括對(duì)群眾的思想教育和縣委領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)群眾運(yùn)動(dòng)政策方針的完善。通過這一部分的闡述對(duì)磁縣反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)的歷史意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。第三節(jié),對(duì)磁縣反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)過程的評(píng)價(jià)。這一部分辯證的分析了磁縣反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng),一方面講述了反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)取得了巨大的成績(jī),另一方面也分析了反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)存在的不足之處,從而總結(jié)出其經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),并且聯(lián)系當(dāng)今社會(huì)的發(fā)展為其提供借鑒。結(jié)論:解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)初期的磁縣反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng),鞏固了晉冀魯豫解放區(qū),并為戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)前線提供了大量的軍用物資,為戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的順利進(jìn)行奠定了基礎(chǔ),這使磁縣成為解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的堅(jiān)實(shí)后盾,使廣大群眾逐漸認(rèn)識(shí)到了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的政策傾向性,更堅(jiān)定了支持和擁護(hù)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的信心。研究磁縣反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)的過程,總結(jié)反奸清算運(yùn)動(dòng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),能夠?yàn)楫?dāng)今社會(huì)發(fā)展提供更多更寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
