【摘要】：20世紀(jì)三四十年代,一些在華的美國(guó)人對(duì)中共廉潔政治建設(shè)尤為關(guān)注并予以探究。從其探究的內(nèi)容看,首先關(guān)注的是中共黨人及其干部是否清正,然后重點(diǎn)探究的是中共領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的政府是否廉政,最后延伸探究的是中共領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的社會(huì)是否清明。同時(shí)他們還探究了中共廉潔政治形成之因,即在于中共黨人忠于"主義",具有崇高的信仰,中共代表人民的根本利益并得到了人民擁護(hù),中共直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的地區(qū)致力于財(cái)政制度的構(gòu)建。他們的探究既呈現(xiàn)了一定的客觀性、正義性、深刻性和促進(jìn)性,同時(shí)也存在著不可忽視的局限性。
[Abstract]:In the 1930s and 1940s, some Americans in China paid particular attention to and explored the construction of clean politics of the Communist Party of China. From the content of its inquiry, the first concern is whether the Communist Party of China and its cadres are clean or not, then the focus is whether the government led by the Communist Party of China is clean or not, and finally, the extension is whether the society led by the Communist Party of China is clear or not. At the same time, they also explored the reasons for the formation of the honest politics of the Communist Party of China, that is, the members of the Communist Party of China are loyal to "doctrine" and have lofty beliefs. The CPC represents the fundamental interests of the people and has won the support of the people. The areas directly led by the Communist Party of China are committed to the construction of the financial system. Their inquiry not only presents certain objectivity, justice, profundity and promotion, but also has limitations that can not be ignored.
