【摘要】：反腐倡廉制度公信力與反腐倡廉制度、反腐倡廉公信力有著密切的關(guān)系。文章從反腐倡廉、反腐倡廉制度、反腐倡廉公信力這幾個(gè)方面來(lái)探析反腐倡廉制度公信力的概念。文章認(rèn)為,反腐倡廉制度公信力是指在現(xiàn)有的反腐倡廉體系中,政府的職能部門及其公職人員依法行事,預(yù)防和打擊國(guó)家公職人員的腐敗行為,保證國(guó)家的公共權(quán)力用之于民,并將這一行為制定成規(guī)章制度,使之成為公職人員普遍遵守的共同法則,并以此形成一定的影響力,以使得這一制度獲取公眾信任的能力。
[Abstract]:The credibility of anti-corruption system is closely related to anti-corruption system and anti-corruption system. This paper probes into the concept of the credibility of the anti-corruption system from the aspects of anti-corruption, anti-corruption and honesty system, and anti-corruption and honesty credibility. The article holds that the credibility of the anti-corruption and honesty system refers to the fact that in the existing anti-corruption system, the functional departments of the government and their public officials act in accordance with the law, prevent and crack down on the corruption of state public officials, and ensure that the public power of the state is used to the people. This behavior is made into rules and regulations, which makes it a common law generally observed by public officials, and forms a certain influence, so as to make the system gain the ability of public trust.
