【摘要】：正黨的十八屆四中全會(huì)明確提出,要以法治促進(jìn)國(guó)家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化。這一目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),要通過(guò)科學(xué)、高效的黨建工作創(chuàng)新來(lái)推動(dòng)。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的深刻變革,以開(kāi)放多元為特征的區(qū)域化黨建逐步成為重要的黨建工作模式。近年來(lái),浙江省積極創(chuàng)新基層黨建工作理念、方法和手段,探索構(gòu)建區(qū)域化大黨建格局。作為浙江省區(qū)域化黨建工作的有機(jī)組成部分,金華市金東區(qū)把區(qū)域化黨建引領(lǐng)新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)建設(shè)作為重中之重來(lái)抓,建立
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward that the rule of law should be used to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance ability. The realization of this goal should be promoted through scientific and efficient innovation in party building. With the profound changes in economy and society, regional party building characterized by openness and pluralism has gradually become an important working mode of party building. In recent years, Zhejiang Province has actively innovated the concept, methods and means of party building at the grass-roots level, and explored the construction of a regional pattern of party building. As an organic part of the work of regionalization party building in Zhejiang Province, Jindong District of Jinhua City takes regionalization party building as the most important thing to lead the construction of new rural community.
