【摘要】：正在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革深入推進(jìn)的過(guò)程中,一支高素質(zhì)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部隊(duì)伍無(wú)疑是改革的必要保證,倘若用人選拔機(jī)制無(wú)法確保優(yōu)秀人才脫穎而出,任由"帶病"干部充斥領(lǐng)導(dǎo)隊(duì)伍,不僅會(huì)極大地?fù)p害干部隊(duì)伍的形象,也無(wú)法確保政策落到實(shí)處。探析"帶病"干部的選拔機(jī)制,揭示其背后所隱藏的干部人事制度的缺陷,有助于我國(guó)改革發(fā)展的順利推進(jìn)。一、"病"能被包裝為何種"優(yōu)
[Abstract]:In the process of deepening the reform of China's economic system, a contingent of high-quality leading cadres is undoubtedly a necessary guarantee for the reform. If the selection mechanism for employing people cannot ensure that outstanding talents stand out, Allowing "sick" cadres to fill the leading team will not only greatly damage the image of the cadre team, but also can not ensure the implementation of the policy. This paper probes into the selection mechanism of cadres with illness, and reveals the defects of cadre personnel system hidden behind it, which is helpful to the smooth progress of reform and development in our country.
