【摘要】：正《創(chuàng)新政策與管理》以實施國家創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展、建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家戰(zhàn)略為背景,反映創(chuàng)新理論前沿、推介創(chuàng)新方法;聚焦科技體制改革動態(tài),關(guān)注創(chuàng)新體系的構(gòu)建;介紹國內(nèi)外有關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新、科研管理等諸多領(lǐng)域的新實踐、新模式、新思維。以解決實際問題為導(dǎo)向,面向廣大的實際工作者、管理者、決策者和研究者,提供廣泛和及時的信息服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Under the background of implementing national innovation-driven development and constructing innovation-oriented national strategy, Innovation Policy and Management reflects the frontier of innovation theory, promotes innovation methods, focuses on the dynamic reform of science and technology system, and pays attention to the construction of innovation system. This paper introduces the new practice, new mode and new thinking in many fields such as industrial innovation, enterprise innovation, scientific research management and so on at home and abroad. Oriented to solving practical problems, it provides extensive and timely information services to a wide range of practitioners, managers, decision makers and researchers.
