【摘要】：新媒體的廣泛應用對廉政文化建設(shè)產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響,改變了傳統(tǒng)廉政文化建設(shè)的輿論場,擴大了廉政文化建設(shè)的話語權(quán),激發(fā)了群眾參與的積極性,促進了廉政文化建設(shè)的時度效。但西方腐朽文化的滲透、網(wǎng)絡暴力文化的侵蝕、網(wǎng)絡守法意識的淡漠及監(jiān)督機制的缺失,嚴重阻礙了廉政文化建設(shè)的有效發(fā)展。因此,進一步加強網(wǎng)絡文化引導、完善新媒體相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、構(gòu)建新媒體反腐敗預警機制、提升廉政文化建設(shè)隊伍的新媒體素養(yǎng),是充分發(fā)揮新媒體在廉政文化建設(shè)中積極作用的重要舉措。
[Abstract]:The extensive application of the new media has exerted a profound influence on the construction of clean government culture, changed the public opinion field of the traditional construction of clean government culture, expanded the right to speak in the construction of clean government culture, and stimulated the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in the construction of clean government culture. It promotes the time effect of the construction of clean and clean government culture. However, the infiltration of decadent culture in the West, the erosion of network violence culture, the indifference of law-abiding consciousness of the network and the lack of supervision mechanism seriously hinder the effective development of the culture of clean government. Therefore, we should further strengthen the guidance of network culture, improve the relevant laws and regulations of the new media, construct the anti-corruption early warning mechanism of the new media, and enhance the new media literacy of the building team of clean and honest government culture. It is an important measure to give full play to the positive role of new media in the construction of clean government culture.
