【摘要】：政治生態(tài)是一個(gè)國(guó)家政黨面貌、權(quán)力運(yùn)行、社會(huì)風(fēng)氣等方面的綜合體現(xiàn),政治生態(tài)清正與否,直接關(guān)系這個(gè)國(guó)家發(fā)展的前途命運(yùn)。習(xí)近平政治生態(tài)思想是在十八大以來(lái)習(xí)近平總書(shū)記提出的諸多關(guān)于政治生態(tài)建設(shè)論述的基礎(chǔ)上形成的,其以馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo),旨在肅清我國(guó)和中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨政治生活的不良因素、約束與監(jiān)督政治權(quán)力運(yùn)行、強(qiáng)力懲治貪腐以及構(gòu)建新時(shí)代和諧黨群關(guān)系。政治生態(tài)這一概念的產(chǎn)生,是將對(duì)于自然生態(tài)的研究方法引申到對(duì)政治權(quán)力運(yùn)行和政治系統(tǒng)的研究中來(lái),將對(duì)一個(gè)國(guó)家政治系統(tǒng)的考察放置于整個(gè)社會(huì)環(huán)境中去,考察政治運(yùn)行和經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化、歷史等眾多要素的關(guān)系。深入研究習(xí)近平政治生態(tài)思想,對(duì)于進(jìn)一步貫徹落實(shí)新一屆中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體治國(guó)理政方略,推動(dòng)全面從嚴(yán)治黨,鞏固執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ)和提高執(zhí)政能力具有重要意義。習(xí)近平政治生態(tài)思想的提出與發(fā)展,是有著深厚的理論基礎(chǔ)的。在良好政治生態(tài)構(gòu)建的各個(gè)方面時(shí)刻堅(jiān)持辯證唯物主義世界觀和方法論,積極吸取中國(guó)古代廉政文化和廉政制度建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),學(xué)習(xí)歷屆領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體在政治生態(tài)建設(shè)方面上的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn),同時(shí)結(jié)合時(shí)代特點(diǎn)和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)馬克思主義理論進(jìn)行不斷豐富。習(xí)近平政治生態(tài)思想具有豐富的內(nèi)容,從和諧黨群關(guān)系、嚴(yán)肅黨風(fēng)黨紀(jì)、約束政治權(quán)力和踐行求真務(wù)實(shí)等方面推進(jìn),切實(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)政治生態(tài)的風(fēng)清氣正。實(shí)現(xiàn)政治生態(tài)的凈化是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政地位穩(wěn)固、實(shí)行廉政建設(shè)、推進(jìn)“四個(gè)全面”戰(zhàn)略布局的重要條件,對(duì)新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義實(shí)踐具有重要意義。在工作開(kāi)展的主體性上,要嚴(yán)抓黨員干部隊(duì)伍建設(shè),加強(qiáng)理想信念教育;在執(zhí)政能力方面,需要全面從嚴(yán)治黨,嚴(yán)肅黨內(nèi)政治生活規(guī)范;在政治權(quán)力運(yùn)行上,強(qiáng)化監(jiān)督,構(gòu)建防腐反腐機(jī)制等等,如此才能更快促進(jìn)美好中國(guó)夢(mèng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Political ecology is a comprehensive embodiment of a country's political party appearance, power operation, social atmosphere and so on. Whether the political ecology is clean or not is directly related to the future and fate of the country's development. Xi Jinping's thought on political ecology was formed on the basis of many discussions on the construction of political ecology put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping since the 18th CPC National Congress. It is guided by Marxist theory. The purpose of this paper is to eliminate the bad factors in the political life of China and the Communist Party of China, to restrain and supervise the operation of political power, to punish corruption forcefully and to construct harmonious relations between the party and the masses in the new era. The emergence of the concept of political ecology extends the research methods of natural ecology to the study of the operation of political power and the political system, and places the investigation of a country's political system in the whole social environment. Examine the relationship between political operation and many factors such as economy, society, culture, history and so on. An in-depth study of Xi Jinping's thoughts on political ecology is of great significance for further implementing the strategy of governing the country by the new central leadership collective, promoting all-round strict governance of the party, consolidating the foundation of governance and improving the ability to govern the country. The proposal and development of Xi Jinping's political ecological thought has a profound theoretical foundation. Adhering to the world outlook and methodology of dialectical materialism at all times in all aspects of good political ecological construction, and actively drawing on the experience of ancient Chinese culture of clean government and the construction of clean government system, In this paper, we study the valuable experience of the leading collective in the construction of political ecology, and enrich the Marxist theory in combination with the characteristics of the times and the practical experience. Xi Jinping's thoughts on political ecology are rich in content, and are advanced from the following aspects: harmonious relations between the party and the masses, serious party conduct, party discipline, restraint of political power, and practice of seeking truth and pragmatism, so as to effectively bring about a clean and honest political ecology in China. To realize the purification of political ecology is an important condition for the Communist Party of China to be in a stable position in power. It is of great significance for the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era to carry out the construction of clean government and promote the "four comprehensive" strategic layout. In the subject of work, we should strictly grasp the construction of party members and cadres and strengthen the education of ideals and beliefs, and in the aspect of ruling ability, we need to govern the party strictly in an all-round way and take the standard of political life within the party seriously. In the operation of political power, strengthen supervision, construct anticorrosion and anti-corruption mechanism and so on, so as to promote the realization of beautiful Chinese Dream more quickly.
