【摘要】：政治品質(zhì)是政黨政治的根本問題。政治信仰奠基于政治品質(zhì),落腳于根本目標(biāo)或終極追求。因此,不同政治品質(zhì)的政黨必定形成各自的精神世界和價值系統(tǒng)。堅持共產(chǎn)主義是中國共產(chǎn)黨的政治信仰,是異于世界大多數(shù)政黨之根本所在,也是中國共產(chǎn)黨獲得精神動力特別是原動力之所在。政治邏輯把政治品質(zhì)、政治信仰及其相關(guān)政治要素聯(lián)系起來,形成邏輯關(guān)系,以保證政黨有效運行。政治倫理的尺度和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)取決于政治品質(zhì)和政治信仰,同時,政治倫理直接影響乃至決定著政治修養(yǎng)和政治行為。政治規(guī)矩是習(xí)近平同志提出的新概念,也是其治國理政的突破口和著力點。加強政治生態(tài)建設(shè),是把從嚴(yán)治黨引向深入的重要標(biāo)志。
[Abstract]:Political quality is the fundamental problem of party politics. Political beliefs are based on political qualities and are based on fundamental goals or ultimate pursuits. Therefore, different political parties must form their own spiritual world and value system. Adherence to communism is the political belief of the Communist Party of China, is different from the majority of the world's political parties, but also the Communist Party of China to gain spiritual impetus, especially the driving force. Political logic links political quality, political belief and related political elements to form a logical relationship to ensure the effective operation of political parties. The yardstick and standard of political ethics depend on political quality and political belief. At the same time, political ethics directly influences and even determines political accomplishment and political behavior. Political rules are the new concept put forward by Comrade Xi Jinping, and the breakthrough and focal point of his governance. To strengthen the construction of political ecology is an important symbol to lead the Party to the depth of strict governance.
