【摘要】：中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在第一次國(guó)共合作時(shí)期主要將工作重點(diǎn)放在城市。盡管此后八七會(huì)議明確提出了土地革命的戰(zhàn)略方針,但這種"城市依賴癥"并未得到迅速改觀。實(shí)際上,土地革命前期,以城市為中心開展武裝暴動(dòng)進(jìn)而奪取區(qū)域乃至全國(guó)政權(quán)的策略,在中共黨內(nèi)仍然占據(jù)主流。盲目暴動(dòng)導(dǎo)致的嚴(yán)重后果,亦使一些黨組織開始冷靜反思并嘗試作出改變。以1927年10月成立的長(zhǎng)江局為例,該局曾多次制止了下屬省委制訂的城市暴動(dòng)計(jì)劃,并強(qiáng)調(diào)依托農(nóng)村開展游擊戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)。與此同時(shí),長(zhǎng)江局的做法亦在黨內(nèi)引發(fā)了爭(zhēng)議。然而正是諸如此類的探索,為"農(nóng)村包圍城市,武裝奪取政權(quán)"道路的形成提供了寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。這也說明了中共革命道路形成的復(fù)雜性與多面性。
[Abstract]:During the first period of KMT-CPC cooperation, the Communist Party of China (CPC) focused mainly on cities. Although a strategic approach to the agrarian revolution was clearly set out at the 1987 meeting, this urban dependency has not changed rapidly. In fact, in the early days of the Agrarian Revolution, the strategy of urban-centered armed insurgency to seize regional and even national power still dominated the Communist Party of China. The serious consequences of the blind insurgency have also led some party organizations to reflect calmly and try to make changes. Take the Yangtze River Bureau, which was set up in October 1927, as an example, which has repeatedly stopped the urban insurgency plan drawn up by its provincial party committees and emphasized the use of rural guerrilla warfare. At the same time, the Yangtze River Bureau's approach has also triggered controversy within the party. However, it is such exploration that provides valuable experience for the formation of "rural encirclement of cities and armed seizure of power". This also shows the complexity and versatility of the formation of the revolutionary road of the Communist Party of China.
