【摘要】：高校黨委中心組作為高校黨的一個組織機構(gòu),肩負著引領(lǐng)、規(guī)劃、服務(wù)和促進學校改革發(fā)展的重要功能,扮演著設(shè)計者、服務(wù)者、示范者等角色,擔任著組織領(lǐng)導學習,提高思想理論水平的重要職責。建設(shè)學習型黨組織,必須大力加強高校黨委中心組學習,這是由高校黨委中心組學習在建設(shè)學習型黨組織中的地位和作用決定的。同時,高校黨委中心組學習具有不同于高校機關(guān)干部學習的特點,也具有不同于高校黨支部學習的特點。深刻認識這些特點,對于辦好中國特色社會主義大學具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:As an organizational organization of the Party in colleges and universities, the central group of party committees in colleges and universities shoulders the important functions of leading, planning, serving and promoting the reform and development of schools, and plays the roles of designers, service providers, and demonstrators, and plays the role of organizational leadership and study. The important duty of raising the level of thought and theory. To construct the learning-oriented party organization, it is necessary to strengthen the study of the central group of the party committee in colleges and universities, which is determined by the position and function of the central group of the party committee in the construction of the learning-oriented party organization. At the same time, the study of the central group of the Party Committee in colleges and universities is different from that of the cadres of institutions of higher learning, and it is also different from that of the Party branches of colleges and universities. A deep understanding of these characteristics is of great practical significance to the establishment of a socialist university with Chinese characteristics.
