【摘要】：《中國(guó)土地法大綱》頒布后,中共黨刊積極宣傳介紹《中國(guó)土地法大綱》的相關(guān)內(nèi)容和精神。以《群眾》周刊為例,從1947年到1948年間《群眾》周刊香港版組織力量,設(shè)立專欄,及時(shí)刊載中共中央關(guān)于土改的文件、講話和新華社重要社論,積極介紹各解放區(qū)土改成就和糾偏情況,刊載了大量署名文章。在政治局勢(shì)激烈動(dòng)蕩、各種政治勢(shì)力沖突尖銳的年代,《群眾》周刊的宣傳,有助于港澳人士和海外華僑了解黨的土改政策,使一些搖擺不定的民主人士消除疑慮,這充分展現(xiàn)了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨利用報(bào)刊、立足群眾,敢于宣傳、善于宣傳的政治氣魄和精良的宣傳工作方法。
[Abstract]:After the promulgation of the outline of China's Land Law, the CPC Journal actively publicized and introduced the relevant contents and spirit of the outline of China's Land Law. Taking the Weekly of the masses as an example, from 1947 to 1948, the Hong Kong edition of the Weekly "masses" organized forces and set up columns to publish timely documents and speeches of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on land reform and important editorials of the Xinhua News Agency. Actively introduced the achievements and rectification of land reform in liberated areas, published a large number of signed articles. In an era of intense political turmoil and sharp conflicts between various political forces, the propaganda of the "masses" weekly will help people in Hong Kong and Macao and overseas Chinese understand the Party's land reform policy, and dispel doubts among some wavering Democrats. This fully demonstrates the Communist Party of China's use of newspapers and periodicals, based on the masses, dare to propagate, good propaganda political spirit and good propaganda methods.
