銅陵干部心理健康狀況調(diào)查

【摘要】:為了解銅陵領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部心理健康狀況,我們對在市委黨校學(xué)習(xí)的283名銅陵干部進(jìn)行了癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)測評。統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),我市領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部心理健康狀況總體上好于普通人群,但有15.55%的干部存在輕度的心理健康問題,極個別干部存在較嚴(yán)重的心理健康問題。建議組織部門在重視各級干部的政治、思想、業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)的同時還應(yīng)重視他們的心理健康素質(zhì),采取措施對各級干部進(jìn)行有效的心理保健,提高管理績效。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the mental health status of the leading cadres in Tongling, we evaluated the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) of the 283 Tongling cadres studied in the Party School of the Municipal Party. The results of the statistics show that the mental health status of the leading cadres in our city is better than that of the general population, but 15.55% of the cadres have mild mental health problems. It is suggested that the organization department should pay more attention to the political, ideological and professional quality of the cadres at all levels, and also pay attention to their mental health quality, take measures to carry out effective psychological health care for cadres at all levels, and improve the management performance.
