【摘要】：正縣委書記作為縣委的"班長",面對發(fā)展難題,必須發(fā)揚擔當精神,尋找一條符當?shù)貙嶋H的發(fā)展之路。泰安市岱岳區(qū)制約發(fā)展的最大瓶頸是各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)單打獨斗,缺乏特色,沒有發(fā)展核心。如何突破瓶頸?我們經(jīng)過深入分析調(diào)研,提出了片區(qū)化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略:按照位置相近、特色一致、強弱互補的原則,把17個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)(街道)和2個園區(qū)整合為"五大片區(qū)"。中心城區(qū)片區(qū)聚焦城市經(jīng)濟,重點發(fā)展金融服務(wù)業(yè)、總部經(jīng)濟等;城市經(jīng)濟拓展片區(qū)著力發(fā)展IT產(chǎn)業(yè)、特色商貿(mào)等;高端高效產(chǎn)
[Abstract]:As the "class monitor" of the county party committee, the secretary of the county party committee must carry forward the spirit of responsibility and find a way to meet the actual development situation in the region in the face of the difficult problems of development. Taian Daiyue District restricts the development of the biggest bottleneck is the villages and towns single-handedly, lack of characteristics, no development core. How to break through the bottleneck? After in-depth analysis and investigation, we put forward the development strategy of regionalization: according to the principle of close position, consistent characteristics, complementary strength and strength, 17 towns (streets) and 2 parks are integrated into "five big areas".
