【摘要】：在政治力量發(fā)展、擴(kuò)張過程中,外來者與本土勢力的融合是關(guān)乎興衰成敗的關(guān)鍵之一。這在早期中共的組織發(fā)展中則表現(xiàn)為干部隊(duì)伍中的"土客矛盾"。本文作者結(jié)合一手檔案,還原了晉中地區(qū)中共黨組織內(nèi)外整合的歷史進(jìn)程,并指出其中蘊(yùn)含的"土客矛盾"一方面受到八路軍外來性質(zhì)與仲裁作用的抑制,另一方面,統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線在理論和實(shí)踐上的張力,反過來也給了地方黨在處理晉中之局部沖突時(shí)更大的政策騰挪空間,為我們理解戰(zhàn)爭年代"中共壯大之謎",勾勒出了一條重要線索。
[Abstract]:In the process of political power development and expansion, the integration of foreign and native power is one of the key to the success or failure of the country. This is the "the contradiction between the earth and the guest" of the cadre team in the early Communist Party's organizational development. In this paper, the author combined with one hand to restore the historical process of the internal and external party organization of the Communist Party of China, and pointed out that the "the contradiction between the earth and the guest" contained in this paper is restrained by the external character and the arbitration effect of the Eighth Route Army. On the other hand, the united front has the tension in theory and practice. In turn, it has given the local party more policy to move the space in the process of dealing with the local conflict in the Jin Dynasty. It is an important clue for us to understand the "The Mystery of the Communist Party of" of the war.
