【摘要】：執(zhí)政公信力作為執(zhí)政黨與公眾之間互動(dòng)的一個(gè)結(jié)果,體現(xiàn)公眾對(duì)執(zhí)政黨的信任程度,在某種意義上,也影響執(zhí)政黨合法性。公眾對(duì)執(zhí)政黨的信任程度,取決于二者互動(dòng)過(guò)程中信息傳播與獲取的有效程度,實(shí)際上反映二者之間的溝通關(guān)系。提升縣級(jí)黨組織的公信力應(yīng)以加強(qiáng)政治溝通過(guò)程的有效性為基礎(chǔ)保障�；诮椑饪h@綏棱人的考察,發(fā)現(xiàn)民情微信可以為政治有效溝通提供現(xiàn)實(shí)渠道,打通為群眾服務(wù)的"最后一公里"�？h級(jí)黨組織可以借鑒這一作法,充分利用民情微信這個(gè)提升公信力的有效通道,積極探索并創(chuàng)新豐富溝通方式,提升執(zhí)政公信力,從而更好地發(fā)揮縣級(jí)黨組織的應(yīng)有作用。
[Abstract]:As a result of the interaction between the ruling party and the public, the ruling credibility reflects the degree of public trust in the ruling party and, in a sense, also affects the legitimacy of the ruling party. The degree of public trust in the ruling party depends on the effective degree of information dissemination and acquisition in the process of interaction between the two parties, which actually reflects the communication relationship between the two parties. Enhancing the credibility of county-level party organizations should be guaranteed on the basis of strengthening the effectiveness of the process of political communication. Based on the investigation of the @ Suileng people in Suileng County, it is found that WeChat, the people's condition, can provide a realistic channel for effective political communication and open up the "last kilometer" of serving the masses. The county-level party organizations can draw lessons from this practice, make full use of WeChat, which is an effective channel to enhance the credibility of the people, actively explore and innovate ways of enriching communication, and enhance the credibility of the ruling party, so as to give full play to the due role of the county-level party organizations.
