【摘要】：正在社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,如何用好政府之手,引導(dǎo)制作機(jī)構(gòu)創(chuàng)作出思想性、藝術(shù)性、觀賞性相統(tǒng)一,有筋骨、有道德、有溫度的精品力作,是一個(gè)重大課題。近年來,我們?cè)谥卮箢}材紀(jì)錄片動(dòng)畫片創(chuàng)作引導(dǎo)扶持方面作了一些嘗試,有了一些思考。一、統(tǒng)籌題材規(guī)劃,增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)性和科學(xué)性精品創(chuàng)作一般需要較長周期,首要問題是如何科學(xué)系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃題材。從2013年開始,國家新聞出版廣電總局宣傳司全面規(guī)劃中國夢(mèng)主題重大題材紀(jì)錄片動(dòng)畫片創(chuàng)作。經(jīng)過周密論證和嚴(yán)格程序,確定了重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目共18部,其中
