【摘要】：國(guó)有藝術(shù)院團(tuán)黨建工作的任務(wù)和目標(biāo)主要包括三個(gè)方面:一是努力推動(dòng)黨的文藝路線方針政策的貫徹執(zhí)行。二是推進(jìn)作風(fēng)建設(shè),保障和提升院團(tuán)的凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力。三是加強(qiáng)隊(duì)伍建設(shè),努力造就德藝雙馨、德才兼?zhèn)涞奈乃嚬ぷ髡哧?duì)伍。國(guó)有藝術(shù)院團(tuán)黨建工作主要定位是保障、服務(wù)和促進(jìn)。國(guó)有藝術(shù)院團(tuán)在開(kāi)展黨建工作時(shí),認(rèn)識(shí)要到位,思路要清晰;組織要健全,干部要有力;追求要鮮明,倡導(dǎo)要明確;理念要?jiǎng)?wù)實(shí),規(guī)劃要科學(xué);載體要恰當(dāng),機(jī)制要有效。
[Abstract]:The tasks and objectives of the Party building work of the state-owned art academies mainly include three aspects: one is to push forward the implementation of the Party's literary and artistic line, principles, policies and policies. Second, promote the construction of style of work, and ensure and enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the regiment. The third is to strengthen the construction of the team and strive to create a team of literary and artistic workers with both virtues and talents. The main orientation of the party construction work of state-owned art academies is to guarantee, serve and promote.
