【摘要】：社會(huì)矛盾化解是鄉(xiāng)村治理的綜合性課題,其效能提升需要軟治理與硬治理的整合發(fā)力。思想政治教育具有化解社會(huì)矛盾和促進(jìn)社會(huì)問題解決的治理優(yōu)勢與功能,應(yīng)該受到高度重視與細(xì)化落實(shí)。環(huán)視鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)矛盾化解的現(xiàn)實(shí)場域,思想政治教育的實(shí)際作用發(fā)揮嚴(yán)重不足,影響了鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)矛盾化解的路徑創(chuàng)新與效能提升。有鑒于此,基層黨組織應(yīng)該主動(dòng)從思想政治教育視角創(chuàng)新鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)矛盾化解的路徑,將思想政治教育融于鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)矛盾化解的全過程,注重發(fā)揮思想政治教育在鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)矛盾化解的主體素質(zhì)提升、群眾基礎(chǔ)的夯實(shí)、思想政治工作機(jī)制的建立健全與良好社會(huì)氛圍的營造等方面的積極作用,以此助推鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)矛盾的綜合化解、鄉(xiāng)村治理的改革創(chuàng)新與新型鄉(xiāng)村社區(qū)的全面建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The resolution of social contradiction is a comprehensive subject of rural governance, and its efficiency promotion requires the integration of soft governance and hard governance. Ideological and political education has the advantages and functions of resolving social contradictions and promoting the solution of social problems, which should be paid great attention to and implemented in detail. Looking around the realistic field of resolving contradictions in rural society, the actual role of ideological and political education is seriously inadequate, which has affected the path innovation and efficiency improvement of resolving contradictions in rural society. In view of this, grass-roots party organizations should take the initiative to innovate the path of resolving rural social contradictions from the perspective of ideological and political education, and integrate ideological and political education into the whole process of resolving rural social contradictions. We should pay attention to the positive role of ideological and political education in the improvement of the main quality of rural social contradictions, the consolidation of the masses' foundation, the establishment and perfection of the ideological and political work mechanism, and the creation of a good social atmosphere, and so on. In this way, the comprehensive solution of rural social contradictions, the reform and innovation of rural governance and the comprehensive construction of new rural communities are promoted.
