【摘要】：雖然社會(huì)組織黨建工作在實(shí)踐中發(fā)揮了重要作用并取得了突出成效,但是社會(huì)組織黨建工作仍然是基層黨建工作中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),尚存在黨組織的地位和職能欠明晰、黨組織發(fā)揮作用困難、黨員先鋒模范作用發(fā)揮不夠、管理體制不順等迫切需要解決的難題。破解這些難題,需要深化思想認(rèn)識(shí),理清社會(huì)組織黨組織的地位和功能;堅(jiān)持多措并舉,不斷提高社會(huì)組織黨組織的凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力;創(chuàng)新管理方式,促進(jìn)社會(huì)組織黨員發(fā)揮模范帶頭作用;明確管理主體,進(jìn)一步明確社會(huì)組織黨建工作的管理體制。
[Abstract]:Although the party building work of social organizations has played an important role in practice and achieved outstanding results, the party building work of social organizations is still a weak link in the party building work at the grass-roots level, and the status and functions of party organizations are still unclear. It is difficult for the Party organization to play its role, the Party member's vanguard and exemplary role is not enough, the management system is not good, and so on urgent problems need to be solved. To solve these problems, we need to deepen the ideological understanding, clarify the position and function of the social organization party organization, persist in taking various measures at the same time, constantly improve the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the social organization party organization; Innovating the management way, promoting the social organization members to play the exemplary leading role, defining the management main body, further clarifying the management system of the social organization party building work.
