【摘要】：十八屆四中全會通過了《中共中央關于全面推進依法治國若干重大問題的決定》(以下簡稱《決定》),在中國共產黨歷史上、在中國法制史上具有里程碑意義,必將對黨和國家的事業(yè)產生重大而深遠的影響。與之相適應,隨著廣播電視對全會精神的逐步理解與全面報道,宣傳的重心也從"法律制度"轉到"法律實施",從"法制"轉向"法治",轉型升級趨勢日漸明顯。隨之而來的是廣播電視法治宣傳內容及手段的變化,以及不斷深化對這一重大部署的解讀及延伸。
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee adopted the "decision of the CPC Central Committee on comprehensively promoting the Rule of Law" (hereinafter referred to as "the decision"), which is of landmark significance in the history of the Communist Party of China and in the history of China's legal system. It will have a great and profound influence on the cause of the Party and the country. Accordingly, with the gradual understanding and comprehensive report on the spirit of the plenary session by radio and television, the emphasis of propaganda has also shifted from "legal system" to "law enforcement" and from "legal system" to "rule of law", and the trend of transformation and upgrading is becoming more and more obvious. Followed by the radio and television publicity of the rule of law changes in content and means, as well as deepening the interpretation and extension of this important deployment.
