【摘要】：發(fā)展農(nóng)村社區(qū)是創(chuàng)新我國農(nóng)村建設(shè)工作的重要環(huán)節(jié),社區(qū)黨組織是服務(wù)和引領(lǐng)農(nóng)村社區(qū)發(fā)展的重要主體,不斷加強(qiáng)黨建工作的創(chuàng)新尤為關(guān)鍵。應(yīng)充分認(rèn)識農(nóng)村社區(qū)黨建工作在轉(zhuǎn)型過程中的特殊性,并針對當(dāng)前農(nóng)村社區(qū)黨建工作的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,加快人才培育,創(chuàng)新黨組織設(shè)置及工作方法,深入挖掘社區(qū)黨建資源,促進(jìn)農(nóng)村社區(qū)黨建工作不斷發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development of rural communities is an important link in the innovation of rural construction in our country. The community party organization is the main body of serving and leading the development of rural communities. It is particularly crucial to continuously strengthen the innovation of party building work. We should fully understand the particularity of the Party building work in the rural community in the process of transformation, and aim at the practical problems of the party building work in the rural communities at present, speed up the cultivation of talents, innovate the party organization setup and working methods, and dig into the resources of the party building in the community. To promote the continuous development of rural community party building work.
