【摘要】：正一是注重一貫表現(xiàn),用制度緊盯干部的"行"。通過常態(tài)化采集、精細(xì)化分析、合理化運(yùn)用等方式,及時(shí)錄入、研判各類信息數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建"綜合數(shù)據(jù)鏈",用大數(shù)據(jù)思維來考核評(píng)價(jià)干部,建立完善優(yōu)秀干部"靠數(shù)據(jù)、憑業(yè)績"自動(dòng)生成模式和干部日常考核信息共享機(jī)制。積極開展面對(duì)面談心談話活動(dòng),多渠道、多層次、多側(cè)面了解干部平時(shí)的思想工作狀況,全覆蓋、經(jīng)常性聽取干部相互之間的反映,聽取群眾的意見。
