【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,以習近平同志為核心的黨中央對反腐敗思想和理念進行了一系列重大創(chuàng)新:一是強化監(jiān)督的"無禁區(qū)、全覆蓋、零容忍"思想和理念,堅持"老虎""蒼蠅"一起打,有腐必反、有貪必肅;二是以標促本的"標本兼治"思想和理念,通過加大懲治力度強化"不敢",通過制度建設和體制機制變革強化"不能",通過黨性修養(yǎng)和道德建設強化"不想";三是紀法分開的"把紀律挺在前面"思想和理念,要求黨員干部把紀律挺在法律前面,用紀律管黨治黨;四是內(nèi)外兼修的"德法相依"思想和理念,堅持依規(guī)治黨和以德治黨相結合、他律和自律相結合;五是協(xié)同推進的"凈化政治生態(tài)"思想和理念,通過加強黨的作風建設、嚴肅黨內(nèi)政治生活凈化黨內(nèi)政治生態(tài),通過黨風帶民風、民風促黨風凈化社會政治生態(tài);六是久久為功的"永遠在路上"思想和理念,通過抓"常"抓"長",將反腐敗斗爭進行到底。這些新思想新理念,指導和推動反腐敗斗爭取得豐碩成果、不斷走向深入。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has made a series of major innovations in anti-corruption ideas and concepts: first, the ideology and concept of "no forbidden zone, full coverage, zero tolerance" that strengthens supervision. Insist on "tiger" and "fly" fight together, there is corruption, there is corruption must be purged; Second, the thought and idea of "treating both symptoms and symptoms", which is promoted by standard, strengthens "dare not" through strengthening punishment, strengthens "can't" through system construction and system mechanism reform, strengthens "do not want" through party spirit accomplishment and moral construction; The third is the idea and idea of "keeping discipline ahead", which requires Party members and cadres to keep discipline ahead of the law and to administer the Party with discipline; Fourth, the thought and idea of "morality and law depend on each other" both inside and outside, adhere to the combination of governing the party according to the rules and running the party by virtue, and combining the law with self-discipline; Fifthly, the thought and idea of "purifying political ecology", which is promoted in coordination, is to purify the social and political ecology by strengthening the construction of the Party's style of work, by strengthening the party's political life, and by taking the party's style of work with the people's style and promoting the party's style of work. Sixth, the thought and idea of "always on the road", which has long been meritorious, will carry on the anti-corruption struggle to the end by grasping "always" and "long". These new ideas and ideas guide and promote the struggle against corruption to achieve fruitful results, and continue to go deep.
