中青年干部更要注重黨性修養(yǎng)

【摘要】:正中青年干部大都起點(diǎn)高、學(xué)歷高,因此容易恃才傲物,自我感覺良好,眼高手低,大事做不來,小事不想做。一部分中青年干部由于工作時(shí)間短、社會(huì)實(shí)踐少、磨礪少、閱歷淺,雖然行動(dòng)上已經(jīng)入黨,但思想認(rèn)識上還存在差距,組織紀(jì)律觀念不強(qiáng),干工作缺少應(yīng)有的積極性和自覺性,與實(shí)際要求還有較大差距。
[Abstract]:Most young and middle-aged cadres have high starting points and high academic qualifications, so they are apt to bully their talents, feel good about themselves, hold their eyes high, fail to do great things, and do not want to do little things. Some middle-aged and young cadres, because of their short working hours, less social practice, less hone, and shallow experience, although they have joined the Party in action, still have a gap in their ideological understanding, lack a strong sense of organizational discipline, and lack due enthusiasm and consciousness for their work. There is still a big gap with the actual requirements.
