【摘要】：十八大以來中國共產(chǎn)黨開啟了大規(guī)模和密集化的黨內(nèi)法規(guī)體系建設的進程,這個進程最突出的特點是體現(xiàn)了制度化和法治化的精神。黨內(nèi)法規(guī)體系化建設具有非常重要的意義,是國家治理現(xiàn)代化的重要前提和保障。目前黨內(nèi)法規(guī)體系建設是一個良好的開端,今后還需要進一步推動和完善這個進程。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the Communist Party of China (CPC) has begun the process of building a large-scale and intensive inner-party legal system, the most prominent feature of which is that it embodies the spirit of institutionalization and legalization. The systematization of inner-party laws and regulations is of great significance and is an important prerequisite and guarantee for the modernization of national governance. The construction of inner-party laws and regulations system is a good beginning, and it needs to be further promoted and perfected in the future.
