【摘要】：要走好網(wǎng)上群眾路線,要理清思路,把互聯(lián)網(wǎng)從最大"變量"轉(zhuǎn)化為最大的"正能量";因勢利導,提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論引導能力,讓互聯(lián)網(wǎng)成為"阿里巴巴的寶庫";發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢,充分挖掘互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)效益,提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間蘊含的生產(chǎn)力;應勢治理,建立互聯(lián)網(wǎng)綜合管理體系,營造風清氣正的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to take the mass line of the Internet well, clear out the train of thought, transform the Internet from the largest "variable" into the largest "positive energy", guide the situation, promote the ability of guiding public opinion on the network, and make the Internet "the treasure house of Alibaba".
