【摘要】：信息化浪潮在改變社會面貌的同時,既為黨的建設提供了新的契機,也提出了嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)。黨建"云"建設是提高黨建科學化水平、破解黨建存在的現(xiàn)實難題、促進黨員干部全面發(fā)展的迫切需要。當前,黨建"云"建設已經(jīng)取得了一定的成績,但是仍然有對黨建"云"建設存在認識偏差、黨建"云"建設主體的科學文化素質(zhì)不高、黨建"云"建設缺乏統(tǒng)一的規(guī)劃協(xié)調(diào)、黨建"云"系統(tǒng)存在安全隱患等一系列問題。對此,優(yōu)化黨建"云"建設,需要創(chuàng)新思想、更新觀念,拓展渠道、培育人才,創(chuàng)新機制、完善制度,注重安全、監(jiān)控風險。
[Abstract]:The tide of informatization not only changes the social outlook, but also provides a new opportunity and a severe challenge for the Party building. The "cloud" construction of the Party building is an urgent need to improve the scientific level of the Party building, to solve the practical problems existing in the Party building, and to promote the all-round development of party members and cadres. At present, some achievements have been made in the construction of the "cloud" of the party building, but there is still a bias in understanding the construction of the "cloud" of the party building, the scientific and cultural quality of the main body of the construction of the "cloud" of the party building is not high, and the construction of the "cloud" of the party building lacks unified planning and coordination. The party builds "cloud" system to have a series of problems such as security hidden danger. Therefore, in order to optimize the construction of the Party's "cloud", it is necessary to innovate ideas, renew ideas, expand channels, cultivate talents, innovate mechanism, perfect system, pay attention to safety and monitor risks.
