【摘要】：干部干事創(chuàng)業(yè)改革創(chuàng)新積極性的內(nèi)在驅(qū)動(dòng)力取決于干部為政心理,容錯(cuò)糾錯(cuò)機(jī)制的建立,有利于保障干部干事創(chuàng)業(yè)的安全感,增強(qiáng)干部勤政作為的公平感,提升干部改革創(chuàng)新的激勵(lì)感,從而對干部為政心理形成一種正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:The internal driving force of cadres' entrepreneurial reform and innovation depends on the cadres' political psychology and the establishment of fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism, which is conducive to ensuring the sense of security of cadres' entrepreneurship and enhancing the sense of fairness of cadres' diligent work. To promote the sense of encouragement of cadres' reform and innovation, thus forming a positive regulating effect on cadres' political psychology.
