【摘要】：正善于抓主要矛盾和牽"牛鼻子",歷來是我們黨重要的思想方法和工作方法。黨的十八大以來,以習(xí)近平同志為總書記的黨中央從中國特色社會主義全局出發(fā),提出和形成了全面建成小康社會、全面深化改革、全面依法治國、全面從嚴(yán)治黨的"四個全面"戰(zhàn)略布局。這個戰(zhàn)略布局,從馬克思主義的哲學(xué)觀點看,就是新形勢下黨治國理政的主要矛盾和"牛鼻子"。深刻認(rèn)識這一戰(zhàn)略布局提出的社會歷史條件和時代背景,正確把握其科學(xué)的思想方法和工作方法,對于我們在
