【摘要】：正近年來,廣東省新豐縣以全面從嚴(yán)治黨為引領(lǐng),樹立大抓黨建、大抓基層的鮮明導(dǎo)向,推進(jìn)形成"大黨建"格局,黨的基層組織建設(shè)成效明顯。抓隊伍、強陣地,筑牢黨組織戰(zhàn)斗堡壘根基。在配強班子方面,注重結(jié)合鎮(zhèn)、村換屆,打造一支思想政治素質(zhì)好、帶富致富能力強、群眾工作能力強的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)隊伍。在強化陣地建設(shè)方面,出臺了《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強農(nóng)村基層黨組織建設(shè)
