【摘要】：本研究旨在分析羅榮桓開展思想政治工作的方法和藝術(shù),把握羅榮桓思想政治工作的理論價值和實(shí)踐價值,力求將其運(yùn)用于當(dāng)今中國全面深化改革的偉大實(shí)踐中,為加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)新形勢下的思想政治工作提供有力支持。本文充分運(yùn)用馬克思主義基本原理,通過吸收前人對于羅榮桓思想政治工作的研究成果,結(jié)合筆者搜集整理的羅榮桓思政工作的大量典型案例,較為系統(tǒng)梳理了羅榮桓思想政治的方法與藝術(shù)。正文共分為五章。第一章為導(dǎo)言,主要介紹了研究背景及意義、國內(nèi)外研究綜述、研究思路與方法、相關(guān)概念、研究創(chuàng)新與不足。第二章從羅榮桓的思想政治工作實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷出發(fā),闡述了羅榮桓思想政治工作體系形成的過程,將其劃分為萌芽時期、奠基時期、成熟時期和發(fā)展時期四個階段,并對不同階段的工作方法與藝術(shù)的內(nèi)容和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析。第三章主要闡述了羅榮桓的思想政治工作方法,筆者認(rèn)為以率先垂范代替說教,以引導(dǎo)說服貫徹制度和禁令,通過拉近距離充分了解教育對象是其具體思想政治工作方法。第四章從思維、語言、行為三個方面總結(jié)了羅榮桓思想政治工作的藝術(shù)性,分別闡述了羅榮桓辯證統(tǒng)一的思維藝術(shù)、親切靈活的語言藝術(shù),以及中正和諧的行為藝術(shù),并對其特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析。第五章對羅榮桓的思想政治工作的歷史地位與當(dāng)代價值進(jìn)行了分析。羅榮桓在正確的工作方法指導(dǎo)下,以和諧、優(yōu)美的藝術(shù)性為特點(diǎn),在思想政治工作上取得了良好的效果。羅榮桓是我黨早期思想政治工作的踐行者與先行者,他的思想政治工作方法與藝術(shù)是毛澤東思想政治工作理論的重要內(nèi)容與組成部分,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)價值。羅榮桓的思想政治工作方法與藝術(shù)是我黨我軍思想政治工作的重要組成部分,是對毛澤東思想政治教育體系的傳承和發(fā)展,羅榮桓的思想政治工作理論體系是我黨我軍思想政治工作走向制度化的基礎(chǔ)。對羅榮桓的思想政治工作方法與藝術(shù)的研究,啟發(fā)我們在現(xiàn)階段要提高我國現(xiàn)階段思想政治工作水平,就要著力培養(yǎng)思想政治工作的親和力,加強(qiáng)思想政治工作的針對性和有效性,弘揚(yáng)“中正和諧”的思想政治工作行為藝術(shù)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to analyze Luo Ronghuan's methods and art of carrying out ideological and political work, to grasp the theoretical and practical value of Luo Ronghuan's ideological and political work, and to make every effort to apply it to the great practice of deepening the reform in an all-round way in China today. To strengthen and improve the ideological and political work under the new situation to provide support. This paper makes full use of the basic principles of Marxism, by absorbing the previous research results on Luo Ronghuan's ideological and political work, and combining with a large number of typical cases collected and collated by the author of Luo Ronghuan's ideological and political work. This paper systematically combs the methods and art of Luo Ronghuan's ideology and politics. The text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background and significance, domestic and foreign research review, research ideas and methods, related concepts, research innovation and deficiencies. The second chapter sets out from Luo Ronghuan's practical experience of ideological and political work, expounds the forming process of Luo Ronghuan's ideological and political work system, and divides it into four stages: the budding period, the foundation laying period, the mature period and the developing period. At the same time, the contents and characteristics of different stages of work and art are analyzed. The third chapter mainly expounds Luo Ronghuan's method of ideological and political work. The author thinks that it is his concrete method of ideological and political work to take the lead instead of preaching, to guide persuasion to carry out the system and ban, and to fully understand the object of education from a close distance. The fourth chapter summarizes the artistic nature of Luo Ronghuan's ideological and political work from three aspects of thinking, language and behavior, and expounds the dialectical unity of thinking art, the kind and flexible language art, and the harmonious behavior art of Zhongzheng, respectively. Its characteristics are analyzed. Chapter five analyzes the historical status and contemporary value of Luo Ronghuan's ideological and political work. Under the guidance of correct working methods, Luo Ronghuan has achieved good results in ideological and political work with the characteristics of harmony and graceful artistry. Luo Ronghuan is the practice and forerunner of our Party's early ideological and political work. His ideological and political work method and art are important contents and components of Mao Zedong's ideological and political work theory, and have important practical value. Luo Ronghuan's methods and art of ideological and political work are an important part of the ideological and political work of our party and army, and are the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong's ideological and political education system. Luo Ronghuan's theoretical system of ideological and political work is the basis of our party's and our army's ideological and political work towards institutionalization. The study of Luo Ronghuan's methods and art of ideological and political work has inspired us, in order to improve the level of ideological and political work in our country at this stage, to focus on cultivating the affinity of ideological and political work. Strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political work and carry forward the art of ideological and political work.
