【摘要】：建立決策科學(xué)、執(zhí)行堅(jiān)決、監(jiān)督有力的權(quán)力運(yùn)行體系,構(gòu)筑合理有效的權(quán)力制約與協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制是防治腐敗的核心問題。明確完善權(quán)力運(yùn)行的制約和監(jiān)督體系的價(jià)值目標(biāo),聚焦目前我國權(quán)力運(yùn)行制約和監(jiān)督體系的問題,探索構(gòu)筑權(quán)力運(yùn)行不想腐、不能腐、不敢腐有效機(jī)制的路徑,對于推進(jìn)反腐敗斗爭的深入開展,實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的偉大目標(biāo)意義深遠(yuǎn)。
[Abstract]:The core problem of preventing and controlling corruption is to establish scientific decision-making, firmly execute, supervise powerful power operation system, and construct reasonable and effective power restriction and coordination mechanism. Make clear the restriction of power operation and the value target of supervision system, focus on the problems of power operation restriction and supervision system at present in our country, explore the path of constructing power operation without corruption, can't corrupt, dare not corrupt effective mechanism. It is of great significance to advance the fight against corruption and realize Chinese Dream's great goal.
