【摘要】：正村干部貪腐是指村干部在鄉(xiāng)村治理過程中違反國家法律、法規(guī)、方針和政策等,濫用村莊公共權(quán)力,損害廣大村民的切身利益以謀取私利的一種行為表現(xiàn)。這里的村干部主要是指村委會和村黨支部成員,也包括駐村干部及外派管理人員。在當(dāng)前的社會轉(zhuǎn)型期,由于鄉(xiāng)村社會結(jié)構(gòu)性的空間轉(zhuǎn)換,一些村莊的村干部貪腐現(xiàn)象越發(fā)明顯。同時,村干部貪腐因其"小""微"等特點一度被遮蔽,因而近些年來呈現(xiàn)出愈演愈烈的態(tài)勢,并以經(jīng)濟(jì)腐敗、政治腐敗和道德腐敗為具體表現(xiàn)形式。因此,
[Abstract]:The corruption of village cadres is a kind of behavior that the village cadres violate the national laws, regulations, principles and policies in the process of rural governance, abuse the public power of the villages and harm the vital interests of the broad masses of villagers in order to obtain their own interests. The village cadres here mainly refer to members of the village committee and the village party branch, as well as resident village cadres and expatriate managers. In the current period of social transformation, the corruption of village cadres becomes more and more obvious because of the spatial transformation of rural social structure. At the same time, the corruption of village cadres has been obscured for a time because of its characteristics of "small" and "micro", so it has taken the form of economic corruption, political corruption and moral corruption as the concrete manifestation in recent years. therefore
