【摘要】：正中紀(jì)委網(wǎng)站近期公布的部分國家機(jī)關(guān)巡視整改報告中,有的部委提出,落實中央八項規(guī)定,整治"四風(fēng)",需要全面糾正"慣性思維"和慣有做法,這確實抓到了點子上。慣性思維是人們依據(jù)經(jīng)驗和某種規(guī)則形成的思維定式,在慣性思維的指導(dǎo)下形成慣有做法,慣性思維和慣有做法具有相當(dāng)?shù)念B固性,糾正起來相當(dāng)困難。"四風(fēng)"問題上的慣性思維有種種表現(xiàn),這里列舉三種:一為墨守成規(guī)。一些干部對于反"四風(fēng)"的重要性緊迫性在思想上并非沒有認(rèn)識,但遇到具體問題不由自主地依
[Abstract]:In the report on the inspection and rectification of some state organs recently published on the website of the Central Commission for discipline Inspection, some ministries and commissions proposed that the implementation of the eight provisions of the Central Committee and the rectification of the "four winds" need to be comprehensively corrected, and that this has indeed caught the point. Inertial thinking is a kind of thinking formula formed by people based on experience and certain rules. Under the guidance of inertial thinking, inertia thinking and habitual thinking have quite obstinacy, and it is very difficult to correct them.
