【摘要】：當(dāng)前,基層干部面對錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的社會矛盾,相當(dāng)部分人持憂慮的態(tài)度。憂慮矛盾增長的同時(shí),憂慮在處理矛盾中部分群眾的"極端個(gè)人主義"和"激進(jìn)行為",憂慮干群關(guān)系不融洽、得不到上級的理解、被"污名化"等,由此產(chǎn)生"不出事"的消極心態(tài)。社會矛盾的全面壓力、行政體制的壓力、群眾的壓力是導(dǎo)致基層干部憂慮心態(tài)的重要原因�；鶎痈刹繎n慮心態(tài)的疏導(dǎo)可以從完善考核機(jī)制、改善自身形象、教育群眾依法辦事等方面入手,在"親民"的同時(shí)也要"親基層干部"。
[Abstract]:At present, grassroots cadres face complex social contradictions, a considerable number of people hold a worried attitude. While worrying about the growth of contradictions, they are worried about dealing with the "extreme individualism" and "radical behavior" of some people in the contradictions, worried that the relations between the cadres and the masses are not harmonious, that they are not understood by their superiors, and that they are "stigmatized", and so on. As a result, there is a negative attitude of "no accident". The overall pressure of social contradiction, the pressure of administrative system and the pressure of the masses are the important reasons leading to the anxiety mentality of grassroots cadres. The guidance of the anxiety mentality of the grassroots cadres can be started from the aspects of perfecting the examination mechanism, improving their own image, and educating the masses to handle affairs according to law, and at the same time, the cadres at the grass-roots level should be "pro-grassroots cadres."
