【摘要】：我們黨是一個(gè)重視并善于理論創(chuàng)新的政黨,其中黨的學(xué)習(xí)理論創(chuàng)新是重要方面。在學(xué)習(xí)型建設(shè)越來(lái)越成為執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)重要內(nèi)容的今天,科學(xué)總結(jié)黨的學(xué)習(xí)理論成果,是一個(gè)需要引起高度重視的重大課題。本文立足對(duì)黨的學(xué)習(xí)創(chuàng)新史的考察,對(duì)黨的學(xué)習(xí)理論進(jìn)行了初步提煉和總結(jié),并提出立足全面從嚴(yán)治黨新常態(tài),要以全面從嚴(yán)治學(xué)為總基調(diào)和總抓手,切實(shí)推進(jìn)黨的學(xué)習(xí)治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化。
[Abstract]:Our party is a party that attaches importance to and is good at theoretical innovation, among which the innovation of party learning theory is an important aspect. Nowadays, the construction of learning-type has become an important content of the ruling party's construction, so it is an important subject that needs to be paid more attention to scientifically to sum up the achievements of the Party's learning theory. Based on the investigation of the history of the Party's study and innovation, this paper makes a preliminary refinement and summary of the Party's learning theory, and puts forward that it is necessary to base on the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party's new normal state, and to take the comprehensive and strict study as the general keynote and general grasp. Effectively promote the party's learning and governance system and governance capacity modernization.
