【摘要】：正1982年成立、1992年撤銷的中央顧問委員會(以下簡稱"中顧委"),是在鄧小平大力倡導、陳云等鼎力支持下黨中央作出的重大戰(zhàn)略決策,也是黨的歷史上的一大創(chuàng)舉。中顧委歷時兩屆、十年。第一屆的主任是鄧小平,第二屆的主任是陳云。中顧委以這種特定時期的獨特形式,為解決中央領導機構的新老交替發(fā)揮了極其重要的作用,用鄧小平的話說,"這件事要在歷史上大書特書"。
[Abstract]:The Central Advisory Committee (hereinafter referred to as "Central Advisory Committee"), which was established in 1982 and abolished in 1992, is a major strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee under the vigorous support of Deng Xiaoping and Chen Yun, and is also a major pioneering act in the history of the Party. The Central Advisory Committee lasted two sessions and ten years. The first director is Deng Xiaoping, the second director is Chen Yun. In this particular period, the Central Advisory Committee has played an extremely important role in resolving the replacement of the central leading organs between the old and the new. In Deng Xiaoping's words, "this matter should be written in history."
