【摘要】：正人民論壇記者:當(dāng)前為什么鼓勵領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部登上高校講臺?公方彬:領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部上講臺,意義有以下幾方面:一是責(zé)任所在。我們黨作為執(zhí)政黨必須引領(lǐng)社會,我們的干部特別是高級干部,必須把執(zhí)政責(zé)任體現(xiàn)在方方面面,特別是承擔(dān)著引領(lǐng)社會尤其是廣大青年學(xué)生思想的重任。二是現(xiàn)實(shí)需要。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部上講臺是解決現(xiàn)實(shí)矛盾的必然要求。在社會轉(zhuǎn)型期,機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存,
